Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn shoes in their original box to ensure they stay protected during transit.

  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
